Workspace settings

1 Open Settings → General

Click Settings in the sidebar. The General tab is open by default.

2 Update workspace name

Enter your firm name in Workspace Name. This name appears on invoice PDFs and in team invitation messages. Click Save.

Managing members

1 Open the Members tab

In Settings, click the Members tab.

2 Invite a new member

Click Invite Member. Enter their phone number and select a role:

  • Admin — full access including billing, member management, and workspace settings
  • Member — can create and edit all case data; cannot manage members or billing
  • Viewer — read-only access to all cases and hearings
3 Manage existing members

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to any member to:

  • Change their role
  • Remove them from the workspace

You cannot remove yourself or the workspace owner.
